VIViD is a digital assessment product.
If you have purchased access but have not yet started the assessment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@askviv.id.
Once you have started the assessment, the digital content has been accessed and the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where there is a confirmed technical fault on our side.
The assessment is considered started once you have created your account using your access key and submitted at least one answer.
By starting the assessment, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has begun, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from completing the assessment or receiving your report, please contact us and we will investigate.
We may issue a refund or replacement access where a genuine technical fault on our side is confirmed.
If you are based in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
By starting the assessment, you provide this consent and acknowledgement.
Where payment is processed by Paddle, refunds may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund processes. Paddle may handle or approve refunds in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.

We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and payment method.
