VIViD is operated under the Aperire brand. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to the operator of VIViD. You can contact us at hello@askviv.id.
Account data: your email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
Assessment answers: the written responses you provide across the VIViD assessment modules.
Report data: your generated VIViD report, including trait scores, analysis and recommendations.
Payment data: payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.
We use your data to operate your account, generate your report, provide access to your dashboard and deliver your VIViD report.
Your assessment answers may be processed using OpenAI's API to generate your personalised report.
We also use your email address to send transactional emails, including access key delivery, password resets and account-related messages.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
OpenAI: processes assessment answers to help generate your report.
Neon: hosts the PostgreSQL database where account, assessment and report data are stored.
Resend: sends transactional emails.
Vercel: hosts the VIViD application.
Paddle: processes payments.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@askviv.id.
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, subject to applicable law.

We use a session cookie called vivid_session to keep you logged in.
We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
